The Spirit of Earth is handcrafted of Birchwood. This baby flies farthest of all Channel Craft boomerangs - traveling approximately a 50 yard elliptical. Complete with flight instruction.  Made in the USA.  Although larger and slightly more expensive than the Spirit of Wind or Spirit of Fire, the Spirit of Earth boomerang consistently gets the best reviews - probably worth the extra expense.
